Beverly is a native of Ohio with two beautiful daughters. Her professional life was spent working with children which is perhaps why she never stopped creating mud pies and dolls. She herself, is a child of the Goddess and the Grizzly. Exposed to petroglyphs early in life, this art, these Voices of the Ancestors, remained a mystery and have entered her dreamtime ever since. Like the shaman engaged in the spiral dance of Earth, Water, and Fire, she watches as Spirit breathes life into being. Walking the Good Red Road for the past 13 years, she spends part of her summers with the Lakota Nation on the Rosebud Reservation in South Dakota. Her work is a combination of the Wisdom of the Ancestors and the Whimsy of the Children.
